H2 Blaster Texa

Description

Increases engine efficiency, reduces fuel consumption and harmful emissions.

H2 BLASTER is an innovative solution that brings the benefits of advanced technology and the reliability of TEXA certified industrial production (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC27001, TISAX and VDA 6.3) to the endothermic engine decarburization sector.

The fuel used to power vehicles, be it gasoline, diesel, LPG or methane, over time forms carbon residues that settle on key components such as pistons, valves, injectors, particulate filters, catalysts, and inevitably leads to progressive deterioration in engine efficiency.
This results in reduced productivity, high consumption, higher pollution, and higher costs due to unforeseen repairs.

The solution is the H2 BLASTER, a new tool developed by TEXA that, using the combined energy of hydrogen and oxygen, completely cleans the parts involved in the internal combustion process and restores optimum engine performance, while reducing consumption and harmful emissions.

What are the benefits after processing H2 BLASTER
initial power recovery and better acceleration
more stable idling and reduced noise
fuel economy
reduction of harmful emissions
Cleaning FAP, EGR and Turbo
cleaning the internal parts of the engine without disassembling them
Multi-touch display and dedicated software H2 BLASTER leave no room for error

The H2 BLASTER is equipped with a 10-inch multi-touch display that provides ease of use and allows the operator to clearly see the operation being performed. The innovative graphical interface has been designed to provide an intuitive user interface for the software and an instant read of the information generated by the instrument. The display has also been created using glove touch technology, which ensures perfect use in various types of work gloves.

H2 BLASTER in action efficient, powerful, high performance

The H2 BLASTER uses a water electrolysis process to produce an oxyhydrogen mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, which, when the engine is running and hot, is injected into the intake manifold through a practical service pipe and reaches the combustion chamber.
It is here that the gas is activated by high temperature and reacts, turning into high-pressure water vapor.

This is how the decarburization process begins:
water vapor penetrates the scale and dissolves deposits deposited on the pistons, valves and nozzle tips, as well as in general on the components located between the chamber and the exhaust channel.
The duration of the intervention is about an hour, depending on the degree of contamination of the engine.

Where does H2 BLASTER work?

The components involved in the decarbonisation process are:

  • combustion chamber (piston vault, valves, injectors)
  • EGR valve
  • particulate filter
  • oxygen sensor
  • catalyst
