Additional equipment for VOLVO/Renault

Crash Module Programmer, OBDI IV Troubleshooter Volvo/Renault 4 Generation Euro 5/6
It is used for adaptation (training) of emergency modules. Allows you to clear trouble codes, including software replacement of components such as NOx sensors, DPF particulate filter, and reset soot levels (the last two are applicable to Euro 6).

Programmer + error eraser.
Used for programming Limpoff modules

Module Adaptation* – The process of assigning the correct numbers (VIN, Chassis, etc.) to the ACM Emergency Control Module for complete identification by the vehicle’s electronic system or diagnostic tool during subsequent operation.

Advantages of adaptation:
Limpoff modules have the ability to connect and communicate with the diagnostic tool. When diagnosing a car, it is impossible to distinguish the operation of the emulator from the regular ACM system control unit. This facilitates the operation of cars under warranty and maintenance at official dealerships.
The correct ACM system number programmed in the LimpOff emergency module is necessary for the vehicle’s electronic system to make changes to the software of other vehicle control units during maintenance or repair (replacement of one of the control units, firmware update, etc.)

Adaptation process:
Connect the module to the adapter; Turn on the ignition; Connect the adapter with the connected module to the vehicle’s OBDII diagnostic connector;
Follow the adaptation process by the light indication of the adapter:
– Red LED flashing – adaptation in progress – Lights up
green LED – adaptation completed successfully
– Red LED on – adaptation process not completed

Turn off the ignition and continue with the installation
module. In addition, the Limpoff-OBDII adapter allows you to clear fault codes, including software replacement of components such as NOx sensors, DPF, and reset the soot level (the last two are applicable for Euro6). To do this, after installing the module in connector A174, connect the adapter to the OBD II diagnostic connector, turn on the ignition and wait until the green LED stops flashing and lights up permanently (approximately 10 seconds).
